Apply for posting on the Virtual Art Studio website from the “Art Exhibition & Event Information” page.

We will confirm the details of your application and prepare for publication.

③ Start posting

After confirming the contents of your application, we will publish it on our website.

Required Information

Required Information

• Full name, contact information, and event information to be listed. The information to be posted must include the exhibition period, venue, contact information, artwork, and exhibition details.

Qualifications for application

• Applicants must be the person who is responsible for the event or a related person.

Publication period

• The information will be posted until the day of the event. Even after the event is over, we may post the information as information about an event held in the past.

Event content

• We will not publish events that are against public order and morals.
• Depending on the content of the event, we may not be able to publish it.
• We will assume that all parties involved in the event have given their consent for the content to be posted.
• If there is no contact information for the event is indicated, we will use the contact information of the sender as the contact information.
• Please note it is the sender’s own responsibility to post the information.
  Virtual Art Studio will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur due to omission of posting information.
