Defamation of the Exhibiting Artists

Excessive or obviously defamatory comments directed at the artists exhibiting at Virtual Art Studio are prohibited.

Unauthorized Cancellation after Purchase of Artworks

It is prohibited to cancel the purchase of artworks without a valid reason.

Purchase of Artworks for the Purpose of Resale

The purchase of artworks for the purpose of resale to a third party or opening a store at an auction is prohibited.

Reproduction or Unauthorized Use of Images of Artworks

Unauthorized use or posting of any of the art images on Virtual Art Studio is prohibited.

Problems between Users and Artists

Virtual Art Studio publishes the SNS and websites of the artists who exhibit their works. Although it is possible to buy and sell artworks and negotiate work directly, Virtual Art Studio will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise.

Exhibited Works

Virtual Art Studio allows you to exhibit your work in virtual reality, but only if you have created or copyrighted the work.
If not, the work will be rejected. This site will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise as a result of exhibiting.

Malicious Solicitation

There are many artists who exhibit at Virtual Art Studio. You can contact them individually, but please do not engage in excessive solicitation.

Cancellation After Purchase of Service Fee or Artwork

No refunds or cancellations will be made for any service fees or artwork purchased from Virtual Art Studio, unless the service is at fault.

Suspension of Service

Virtual Art Studio reserves the right to terminate the services of any user who is found to be abusing the terms and conditions of this service, or who is causing trouble for other users or artists.
